The Women of Honor is a short documentary about women in Nigeria who have faced more tragedy than one can imagine. Since the turn of the 21st century, 62,000 Nigerian Christians have been killed by the terrorist group Boko Haram, Fulani herdsmen and other groups. The killings have been referred to as a silent genocide. These women have seen their own husbands and children murdered right in front of them, with nowhere to run and nowhere to turn but God. In this documentary you will see the trauma and grief these women face, yet the true and unexplainable joy they have found in the Lord in the midst of it all.

A women's ministry called Brave Love Women took 72 women from all around the world to come and meet face to face with 120 Nigerian women and their children. Youth With A Mission, a global missions organization, has a base located in Nigeria to help women who have faced significant trauma.
After some of the world's best trauma specialists turned down coming to help these women, stating they have had too much trauma to help or that it is too dangerous to come, God told the leader of this Nigerian base that instead of trauma specialists, He would send women who carry His presence to come and bring healing to these women.
Through this God ordained gathering of women, change and healing happened. Just by women coming and listening to these women's stories and giving them a voice, for the first time in their lives, these Nigerian women felt their worth.
